About Puebla
Puebla, in the central highlands of Mexico, is a colonial city of tiled façades and baroque churches beneath snow-capped volcanoes.
Puebla's historic centre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is laid out on a grid around the zócalo, with a cathedral whose towers are among the tallest in Mexico, arcaded buildings and façades covered in glazed Talavera tiles.
