3. Sample and purchase delicious Jouvay chocolate at Diamond Estate when you tour the facility - this is a must see, bean to chocolate experience! Visit Victoria nutmeg Museum and learn first-hand about nutmegs/ Grenada's black gold!

4. Your guide will show you Carib's Leap where the indigenous people made their last stand against the French!

5. Drive by the Distillery and sample rums at a Grenadian Rum Shop! The most popular being River's Rum which is produced at the water-powered rum distillery using methods which are over 200year old. Your guide will tell you about the production of "Rivers Rum" which starts with the growing and harvesting of fresh sugar cane whose juice is fermented and distilled to make the overproof rums which you will be able to sample!

6. Enjoy a delicious three course plantation lunch at Grenada's premier Agro-tourism attraction - all produce is grown on the estate. Learn about their delicious organic chocolate and goat cheese production, a wonderful blend of traditions and excellent service.

7. Passing through the eastern town of Grenville we head into the rainforest at 1900ft above sea level to stop and Grand Etang Forest Reserve, nature centre and volcanic lake. If we are lucky we may even see the mischievous mona monkey, introduced during the slave trade.

8. Picturesque Annandale Falls is our last stop, there's time for a refreshing dip at the falls and refreshments are on sale at the new bar/restaurant with balcony views of the falls. An inviting cooling stop before we return to St George's

About Grand Anse

Grand Anse is Grenada's best-known beach, a long curve of white sand on the south-west coast, with resorts behind and St George's nearby.

Grand Anse is both a bay and the resort district around it on the south-west coast of Grenada, the Spice Island. The beach runs for about three kilometres in a gentle curve of pale sand and calm water, with palms along the edge, and with hotels, beach bars and small shops behind. Sailboats ride at anchor offshore, and the sun sets over the Caribbean Sea in the evening.
