About Nice

Nice is de zonnige hoofdstad van de Franse Rivièra, met een palmenpromenade langs een blauwe baai en een pastelkleurige oude stad vol markten.

De Promenade des Anglais volgt de Baie des Anges kilometers lang, met aan de ene kant kiezelstranden en de turkooizen zee en aan de andere kant statige hotels. Vieux Nice, de oude stad, is een doolhof van smalle steegjes, barokke kerken en okerkleurige gevels, en op de Cours Saleya wordt een bloemen- en groentemarkt gehouden.
