About Halkidiki
Halkidiki is a three-pronged peninsula in northern Greece, with pine-backed beaches, ancient sites and the monastic community of Mount Athos.
Halkidiki reaches into the Aegean south-east of Thessaloniki like a hand with three fingers: Kassandra, Sithonia and, furthest east, the narrow peninsula of Mount Athos.
