Why not make your own as sushi? I will guide you step by step, so beginners and families are welcome. Shima-enaga is the standard design. If you prefer, you may choose Mount Fuji or a flower instead. All guests in your group must choose the same design. Please let me know in advance. After making sushi, whisk your own matcha using traditional tools and enjoy it with a seasonal Japanese dessert.
