5Kingston Tour
Our guide Kirk brought us to Bob Marley Museum and we learned a lot about Marley’s life and his work as a musician. Then he brought us to Devon’s House where we learned its History. I highly recommend this tour and thank you Kirk for bringing us around Kingston and being our photographer.
5Good Overview of Kingston
Great way to see a lot of the city's highlights in just a day. Kirk was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable about the city and prompt with all pickups. Was also willing to be flexible and customized the tour route and drop-off point since I was traveling by myself. Would recommend!
5I 100% recommend this tour!
I could not pass up this deal. You definitely get bang for your buck with this company! I learned so much on this tour and had such an amazing time being educated on the history of Kingston Jamaica, Bob Marley, the Devon House and the mural walk. I'm so grateful to Toya for getting me in at the last minute yesterday. Kirk our tour guide gave us such an amazing and memorable experience. He was kind, personable, and friendly. He made sure myself and another tourist whom I was with, had the best time. I would highly recommend him and this tour. You won't be disappointed!
5A wonderfully interesting and educational tour!
Book this tour! I booked this tour because I wanted to visit these places and was concerned about fitting it all in during my vacation. It was all I hoped for and more. Kirk was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and I had enough time at each of the sites to fully appreciate each one. The driving tour through Trenchtown was a great bonus.
5Highly recommend this...
Highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to see Kingston in a day. Well planned and enjoyable from start to finish. Kirk was very knowledgable, and we truly appreciated the pictures he captured to help commemorate the experience.
5Great way to see Kingston
Kirk was a great tour guide! He brought me to all the areas and gave me a great insight into the history of the city & each destination! He also brought me to areas not listed like the art district & Trenchtown, it was great to see these areas with a local who could tell me about the area while feeling safe with a local. Really recommend, and Kirk was brilliant, he even insisted on taking loads of pictures!
Kingston, Jamaica's capital, is a harbour city between the Blue Mountains and the sea, the home of reggae and the Bob Marley Museum.
Kingston lies on a natural harbour sheltered by a long sand spit, the Palisadoes, with the Blue Mountains rising behind. Port Royal, at the tip of the spit, was a pirate haven until an earthquake in 1692 sank much of it, and Fort Charles still stands. The city was founded afterwards on the opposite shore. Devon House, a nineteenth-century mansion, and the National Gallery of Jamaica are in the centre.
Top-ranked sights in Kingston: Bob Marley Museum, Port Royal, National Gallery.
