  We had a great time exploring Cartagena. They took us to various sites and the host Jesus made sure to get the party going and had everyone dancing. The playlist was amazing.

  Our trip to Barú Island and Playa Blanca with Cartagena Tours Colombia was unforgettable! The staff was professional, friendly, and made everything so easy from pickup to drop-off. The boat ride was fun and safe, and the scenery was absolutely stunning — crystal-clear water and pure white sand everywhere you look.

• 3Chiva with Caution

  This experience is all about the vibe. It all depends what groups of people are in the Chiva and your own personal vibe. The experience for me was just ok. I was not aware that you could bring alcohol to the Chiva. I was also not aware that you have to get on a rickety ladder to get on and off the Chiva. The guide is very inclusive and plays all type of music even music that you request. Prior to getting on the Chiva, I had taken a panoramic tour of Cartagena. So, I did not need to get off and look at the monuments. Overall, it was an alright experience and I made the best out of the situation.

  Fun experience although they did not end at a club with admission as stated in the description. A great way to meet people and see some sights to check it off of your list all at once. Bringing your own drinks is highly recommended. Some groups even had coolers...

About Cartagena

Cartagena, aan de Caribische kust van Colombia, is een ommuurde koloniale havenstad met balkons vol bloemen, kleurrijke pleinen en warme, muzikale avonden.

De ommuurde oude stad, een UNESCO-werelderfgoed, is een doolhof van geplaveide straten en pleinen met huizen in pasteltinten, kerken en bougainvillea. De Klokkentorenpoort leidt naar de Plaza de los Coches, en de kathedraal, de kerk van San Pedro Claver en het Paleis van de Inquisitie liggen allemaal binnen een paar straten. Bij zonsondergang over de dikke wallen lopen is een lokaal ritueel.
