Our Annapurna Base Camp Trek with Holiday Planner Treks was an unforgettable experience from beginning to end. The entire journey was very well organized, and everything went smoothly. Our guide was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and always made sure we were safe and comfortable throughout the trek. The scenery along the trail was absolutely breathtaking, with beautiful villages, lush forests, rivers, waterfalls, and magnificent Himalayan mountains. Reaching Annapurna Base Camp and standing surrounded by the stunning peaks was truly a dream come true. The accommodation, meals, transportation, and overall arrangements were excellent. Made the right choice booking this trip through Holiday Planner Treks. It was easy to get in touch with Eaklal. After submitting a query on the website, he reached me through viber, he volunteered more information about the tour (enough that we didnt have further questions), we paid via credit card and bank deposit and we were already set. The tour: it was a 5 day trek. The first 3 nights were going up to ABC and the last night was on the way back to Pokhara. You'll walk through mountains, valleys, rivers, bridges and you'll see a lot of earth and nature. You'll be staying at tea houses - made the trip feel like a glamping trek tbh!! Soo nice. After the 3rd day the views change and you suddenly feel just how HIGH you are above the rest of the world and makes you feel so tiny. It's definitely something that cannot be seen elsewhere, and a 5 day trek is a good first exposure to the Himalayas. Experience with the team: I suffered through majority of the trek, a mixture of AMS with gastroenteritis, but Eaklal and his team went beyond what's necessay to provide me and my friends with adequate care. He made sure we were paced well through the walk, they frequently offered to rest/food and even take photos, they were humorous and that helped a lot during the trek, and he was such a quick thinker and organizer that sudden yet major changes in the itinerary were achieved smoothly. I'm very thankful for them.

Even though the trek is only five days, the journey was incredibly well-organized, smooth, and filled with breathtaking Himalayan scenery from start to finish. The routes were beautiful, passing through peaceful forests, charming villages, and stunning viewpoints that made every moment exciting. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and always made sure we were comfortable. The pace was well-planned, the accommodations were clean, and the food along the trail was surprisingly good. Reaching Annapurna Base Camp at sunrise was the highlight of the entire trek — standing in the middle of the Annapurna Sanctuary surrounded by towering peaks felt magical. This short ABC trek is perfect for anyone with limited time but still wants a full Himalayan adventure. I highly recommend it for its scenery, organization, and unforgettable moments. This was my second visit to Nepal and once again I chose Holiday Planner Treks for my adventure—and they delivered another amazing experience. This time, I completed the 5-Day Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) Trek, a short but incredibly rewarding journey. Even in such a compact itinerary, everything was organized perfectly, and the trek felt smooth, safe, and truly memorable. My guide Bikash was outstanding throughout the entire trip. His friendly nature, deep knowledge of the trail, and constant care made the journey feel comfortable and enjoyable. He always checked on my pace, explained the mountains and local culture, and made sure I had the best lodges and meals along the way. His professionalism and warm personality made a huge difference, especially on the tougher sections of the trek. Reaching Annapurna Base Camp at 4,130m within 5 days was an incredible achievement. The sunrise over Annapurna I, Machhapuchhre, and Hiunchuli is something I’ll remember forever. I highly recommend this trek to anyone with limited time but a big desire to experience the Himalayas. And if you can, definitely ask for Bikash—he will make your journey unforgettable.

About Pokhara
Pokhara is a lakeside city in central Nepal, with Phewa Lake and the Annapurna peaks above it, and the starting point for classic Himalayan treks.
Pokhara lies in a valley at about 800 metres, with Phewa Lake at its heart. Wooden boats cross to the small Tal Barahi temple on an island, and the Lakeside district is a strip of cafés, shops and guesthouses.
