In evidenza
Though I have been teaching Yoga for the past seven years, it has been a very important part of my life for a long time. My wellness journey started from Classical Pilates training (matwork & props, reformer, chair) and then it continued on my studies on Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Therapeutic Elements and Yoga props (RYT 500). Wishing to deepen my knowledge and experience in the world of holistic practices, I also studied Angelic Reiki Healing and Spineworks and to this day, I am attending numerous seminars and workshops. For me, practicing Yoga is more than just performing asanas on the mat. It means to live life in simplicity with compassion and an open heart, something I try to share in every yoga session. For our sessions you will need to have with you a towel and a good mood (yoga mats will be provided). A morning and an evening session are offered.

About Kos
Kos is a Greek island in the Dodecanese close to the Turkish coast, with ancient ruins, sandy beaches and a knights' castle at the harbour.
Kos lies close to the Turkish coast, with Kos Town on its north shore, where a castle of the Knights of St John guards the harbour and palms line the waterfront. The town is also a living archaeological site, with Roman mosaics, the ancient agora and a restored Roman house. Hippocrates, the father of medicine, is said to have been born on the island, and a huge old plane tree in town is named after him.
