5Mole Negro Cooking Class
Alfredo was great. Included pick up and drop off from cruise ship in Huatulco. Highly recommend! Thanks Alfredo!

Amazing experience, highly recommend. The owner Alfredo is a fabulous person and enjoyed learning new recipes and cooking techniques from him in his open air facility. Super interesting class and the food was delicious!!
5Tailgate cooking!!
We were in Huatulco celebrating Frank's 67th birthday and he chose to do a cooking class. I found this on online and from start to finish, everything was excellent. Zero complaints. This little group from Louisiana learned a lot of real Mexican cooking and loved it. We also ate a very interesting breakfast tamale. I would recommend this class to everyone!!

Enjoyed the experience very much. Alfredo was charming and very knowledgeable. His real life stories were very interesting. The food we made was delicious!

We attended with our friends. The guys are non cookers but still found something for everyone to enjoy. Alfredo does a great job explaining what is being cooked, the history of the recipe and teaches you his passion. We enjoyed the day and definitely will recommend to others

We did the the Tacos and Margaritas class. Excellent food and drinks. Alfredo’s instructions got us all cooking and stories about Mexican cooking were awesome!

Huatulco is a Pacific resort area on Oaxaca's coast, a string of nine bays with sheltered beaches, coral reefs and dry forest, with coffee hills behind.
Huatulco is a planned resort on the Pacific coast of Oaxaca, developed from the 1980s along a series of nine bays with sheltered beaches and clear water. Behind the coast lie the foothills of the Sierra Madre del Sur. Santa Cruz Bay, the main one, has a marina, a small waterfront of restaurants and a pier where cruise ships dock, while Tangolunda Bay is the resort and golf area.
