About Stockholm
Stockholm is Sweden's capital, spread across islands where Lake Mälaren meets the Baltic, with a medieval old town, royal palaces and a vast archipelago.

Gamla Stan, the medieval Old Town, has cobbled lanes, the Royal Palace, the cathedral Storkyrkan and Stortorget square.
