Siete Moles Tasting

In this Moles tasting it will not only be a test of each one, but rather you will have the opportunity to listen to the history and rituals of Oaxacan food, each mole will be served in the different ways in which we locals enjoy it every day. We will have dynamics where you will learn about the general ingredients of each mole and you will be surprised to discover the fusions of flavors. Each mole is a different dish, which will make you end up very satisfied and happy to have joined us. We have unlimited mezcal along with the moles, so that you also end up being a mezcal expert at the end of the tasting. It is not a cooking class, but we also offer a class where you can learn to make two of the moles that we will present to you here, so you can ask us about that class.

Punto d’incontro

We will meet in a house just outside Oaxaca City, there you will have the real local experience in our home. It is 20 - 30 minutes by taxi and we will be happy to have you in our home giving you the best mole tasting experience in Oaxaca.
