Itinerario
Surrounded by the mountains and agave fields, and known for being the origin of mezcal, at the village of Santiago Matatlan we will stop in a hundred percent traditional mezcal distillery managed by the fifth generation of mezcal masters, with their ancestral knowledge they have achieved the production of a premium quality mezcal. On this part of the tour we will find a totally rustic process and some author recipes which included tasting will be part of the experience.
A traditional mezcal distillery with ancestral techniques and a touch of innovation, a a wide range of agave types and mezcal varieties. Ideal to learn more about mezcal culture and to have our final tasting.
