Punto d’incontro: Please arrive 15 minutes before departure at Mont-Saint-Michel, at the left side, facing the main entrance, in front of the ramparts. The activity is done barefoot and in shorts. You should bring a towel and a complete change of clothes in a backpack.

About Mont-St-Michel

Mont-Saint-Michel is a rocky tidal island in a vast bay on the Normandy coast, crowned by a medieval abbey and ringed by ramparts and fast tides.

Mont-Saint-Michel rises from the sands of a wide bay at the mouth of the Couesnon river, on the border of Normandy and Brittany. According to tradition the first sanctuary was built here in 708, and over the centuries a Benedictine abbey grew up the rock in granite tiers, topped by a church and a spire. The island is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
