Visit some of Negril's most famous spots, such as Rick's Café (watch the spectacular sunset and the cliff divers), the Lighthouse, and the Negril Craft market for those special items to take home and take a leisurely drive through Orange Hill which overlooks Negril. This private tour departs in the afternoon to be sure to catch the world-famous sunset at Rick's Cafe. You will be taken on a sightseeing tour of the city, and you will get to explore Seven Mile Beach. As the sun begins to set into the ocean, the tour will head to Ricks Cafe for a cliff-diving adventure. The tour will then head to a local craft market where you can purchase some Jamaican souvenirs. Once you are done at the craft market, you will be taken back to your hotel. The itinerary includes the following: • Sightseeing tour • Explore 7 Mile Beach • Ricks Cafe cliff diving adventure • Craft market
Seven Mile Beach in Negril is a stunning stretch of powdery white sand and turquoise waters. It's an outdoor playground that also offers thrilling water activities. Take a ride on a glass-bottom boat for a peek into the underwater world, or try parasailing for a breathtaking aerial view of the coastline. On the beach, browse vibrant local crafts from countless vendors, perfect for a keepsake or gift. When hunger strikes, explore a multitude of food stalls and restaurants offering everything from Jamaican delicacies to international cuisine. Don't forget to immerse yourself in the inviting Caribbean Sea, rounding off the ultimate beach day experience.
Craft markets in Negril are a colorful showcase of Jamaican culture and craftsmanship. As you browse through stalls packed with handmade goods, you'll find everything from vibrant textiles to beaded jewelry and hand-carved wooden pieces. Friendly local artisans are always on hand to chat about their work, making your shopping spree a truly immersive cultural experience. Don't forget to barter – it's part of the fun! With unique finds and memorable interactions, Negril’s craft markets offer more than just shopping – they provide a taste of Jamaican artistry and tradition. NOTE - We may go to a shopping center, or different markets, depending on the day and your preference.
The Negril Lighthouse is a towering testament to Jamaica's rich maritime history. Perched on South Negril Point since 1894, this 66-foot tall beacon commands spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. Although interior access is often restricted, exploring the picturesque grounds is an experience in itself. The resilient structure stands as a piece of Victorian engineering that's weathered over a century's storms. It remains one of the few lighthouses globally still using kerosene, enhancing its historical allure. Being an early example of automated lighthouses, it holds a unique place in maritime history.
Rick's Cafe in Negril is more than a popular spot; it's an iconic experience that's been attracting visitors since 1974. Perched on the cliffs of West End, it offers more than just a stunning view. You can leap into the clear Caribbean waters, enjoy live music, or simply chill by the pool with a cocktail. The cafe serves up a tasty mix of international and Caribbean dishes that will leave you wanting more. But the real highlight comes as the day ends. Everyone gathers around to watch the breathtaking sunset, where the sky turns into a canvas painted with hues of orange and pink. It's the perfect way to wrap up an unforgettable day at Rick's Cafe.

5A view of Negril behind the curtains
Marc took us on an immersive tour of Negril. We not only covered the usual spots like Ricks , the beach and local shopping area, we visited the area east of Negril to see the local neighborhoods that the workers who make things happen at the resorts reside in. He is very personable and freely answered all questions about Negril and Jamaica, especially post hurricane questions. We had a great time on this tour and highly recommend it!

My boyfriend and I booked a private tour to three destinations from our resort at Montego Bay. Our trip included stops at Rick's, Margaritaville, Negril, and Margaritaville @ Montego Bay. Our driver, Alrick Allen, was courteous and attentive. He not only was prompt with picking us up at each stop, but also kept us highly entertained and informed throughout the trip. We were treated to an insider's local view of Jamaica, including food, history, and culture. We highly recommend this service and just wanted to say thank you again to Alrick!
5Ask for Rick! Great guide! Great personality!
Rick was amazing! He gave great information about all the towns, knew where the best food was and kept everyone laughing!
5A perfect day
Negril has a magic all its own. Seven Mile Beach was peaceful, the water was crystal-clear, and watching the sunset at Rick’s Café was the perfect ending. Marc was a great guide—he gave us a lot of time to explore on our own but was always there when we needed him. Thanks
5First class all the way !!
Charles, our Jamaican Tour Guide, was absolutely fantastic, he was accommodating and entertaining and leaving our group wanting for more. We were a total of 8 with 4 kids, and we felt so safe and looked after. Our sight seeing through Negril, from the Royalton Resort where we were staying, on our way to Rick’s Cafe, was just as much a highlight of our tour thanks to Charles. You’re never certain of your experience when booking tours but we are so grateful to Charles and Your Jamaican Tour guide, and will be sure to book again on our next visit.
Negril is a relaxed resort town on Jamaica's far west coast, with a long white beach, rocky cliffs, a lighthouse and some of the island's best sunsets.
Negril lies at Jamaica's western tip, split into two stretches: Seven Mile Beach on the flat coast, with soft pale sand and calm turquoise water, and the West End, where low coral cliffs drop into deep sea. A red-and-white lighthouse stands on the south-western point. The place has a laid-back feel and a reggae soundtrack, with beach bars and small hotels rather than high-rises.
Top-ranked sights in Negril: Rick's Café, Seven Mile Beach, Negril Cliffs.
