Before diving, certified divers complete Paros Elite's registration and participant confirmation, the PADI Diver Activities risk/non-agency acknowledgment, and the Diver Medical Participant Questionnaire. Photo/video consent is optional and does not affect participation. Request Fun_Dives_Paros_Elite_Ready.pdf through platform messaging before your activity.Review the Medical questions before booking: (1) Lung, breathing, heart or blood problems affecting normal physical or mental performance; (2) age over 45; (3) difficulty with moderate exercise, such as walking 1.6 km in 14 minutes or swimming 200 metres without resting, or inability to participate in normal physical activity for fitness/health reasons in the past 12 months; (4) eye, ear, nasal/sinus or dental problems; (5) surgery within 12 months or ongoing problems from past surgery; (6) loss of consciousness, migraines, seizures, stroke, significant head injury, persistent neurological injury/disease or a condition with possible sudden neurological impairment; (7) current psychological/personality/panic/addiction treatment or treatment within five years, or a diagnosed learning/developmental disability; (8) back problems, hernia, ulcers or diabetes; (9) stomach/intestinal problems, including recent diarrhea; (10) prescription medication, excluding birth control, menopausal hormone replacement and antimalarials other than mefloquine (Lariam). This is a preview, not a replacement for the full questionnaire and follow-up boxes A-G. If all ten answers are No, the questionnaire does not require a medical evaluation. A Yes to question 3, 5 or 10, or any follow-up question on Medical page 2, requires physician evaluation and approval before diving. Age over 45 alone directs you to box B; it does not automatically require clearance. Do not dive if pregnant or trying to become pregnant. If evaluation is required, take all three Medical pages, including the doctor's evaluation, to your physician.

About Paros
Paros is a Cycladic island of white villages, marble quarries and sandy bays, with the harbour town of Parikia and the fishing port of Naoussa.
Parikia, the port and capital, has a Venetian kastro built from blocks of ancient marble and the Panagia Ekatontapiliani, the Church of a Hundred Doors, said to date from the fourth century. Naoussa, on the north coast, is a fishing harbour with a small Venetian fort at the water's edge and tavernas along the quay. Sculptors in antiquity prized the island's marble, known as Parian marble.
