Itinerario
We will start the visit in our courtyard, surrounded by olive trees, where we will tell you about organic olive tree farming. Then, we will enter the olive mill where we will explain the First Cold Pressed method of producing extra virgin olive oil showing each and every machine. We will also tell you about the other, modern method of Cold Extraction which uses a centrifuge.
