About Delphi
Delphi is an ancient sanctuary and modern village on the slopes of Mount Parnassus in central Greece, where the oracle of Apollo once spoke.
Delphi was the most important oracle of the ancient Greek world, dedicated to the god Apollo, and its sanctuary climbs the mountain slope in terraces.
