We will sit at Plaza Trinitario and enjoy a cool beverage while watching local dancers perform folk dances

3. This great fort was built in 1536 by African slave labor supervised by the Spaniards. It was placed in a strategic location to give a clear panoramic view of the city in case enemies were approaching. The group has the option to do a drive by or climb the fort.

4. This mercado leaves an impression of many that enter. This market is like walking into a time capsule. Many of the makeshift stalls show the marks of decades of use. As a foodie and a travel addict when I see the underside of a pot looking really black. I know that chances are great food has been created out of that pot. In the culinary world it is call a "Well seasoned pot"..In this market youy will experience many local and regional dishes .cooked by generations of different family members.Most of stalls are family businesses.
