Before boarding your speedboat, receive basic instructions and learn safety signals from your guide. Drive your two-seat speedboat and follow your guide through Nichupté lagoon's calm waters. After navigating around mangrove forests, reach the open waters of the Caribbean. Lower the anchor with the aid of your guide and put your snorkel gear to get a closer look at the reef before diving in. As you snorkel on the Punta Nizuc reef you will see why this area is renowned for its abundance of sea life, fish and impressive coral reef formations.
