After about 1.5 hours of driving, we take a short break at a first-class rest station in Strengberg. Enjoy the cosy, rustic atmosphere with a coffee, relax and use the stop to stretch your legs briefly before continuing your journey.
A real gem awaits you at Lake Traunsee : we make a short stop at the idyllic castle town. Take the time to walk across the famous wooden bridge to this unique lake castle and take stunning souvenir photos against the dream backdrop of the mountains.
Welcome to the world-famous Hallstatt! You have three hours to discover this UNESCO World Heritage Site in peace. Walk through the picturesque streets with their historic wooden houses, enjoy the breathtaking views from the classic postcard vantage point and take advantage of the free time for a leisurely lunch by the lake or a short boat trip.
On the way back to Vienna we take a pleasant break at Rosehill Foodpark in The Hague. Use the modern food court to fortify yourself with a variety of culinary options, enjoy a refreshing drink or stretch your legs before your final journey home.
