Started kayaking in 1987 and licensed from 2006 as a Nature Guide. Speaks fluent Malay, English and Japanese. Having travelled to more than 30 countries as a former flight attendant he knows how to interact with guest well and handle their expectations. Adding more to his experience was at one time as the Activities Manager for the Four Seasons Resort Langkawi handling nature tours and the concierge. Photos taken along the tour are complimentary from the latest smartphones and sent immediately to our guest. About Langkawi
Langkawi is an archipelago of around a hundred islands off Malaysia's north-west coast, with limestone hills, mangrove creeks and white beaches.
Langkawi lies in the Andaman Sea off the coast of Kedah, close to the Thai border, with one large main island ringed by around a hundred islets. Granite and limestone hills rise sharply from rice fields and rubber plantations, and the main town, Kuah, is the ferry port. An eagle statue at Dataran Lang recalls the bird that, by a common explanation, gives the island its name.
