The tour starts by tasting Falafel followed by a visit to Haji's cafe "the oldest cafe in Manama since 1950" to feel the old traditions. Start your food experience walking tour by tasting Falafel followed by a visit to Haji's cafe "the oldest cafe in Manama since 1950" to feel the old traditions. About Manama
Manama, Bahrain's capital, is a Gulf waterfront city where glass towers stand beside an old souq, grand mosques and relics of the pearling trade.
