About Bacolod
Bacolod is the City of Smiles on Negros Island in the Philippines, a sugar capital of old mansions, grilled chicken and the colourful MassKara Festival.
Bacolod is the capital of Negros Occidental, on the north-west coast of Negros Island in the Visayas, in the heart of the country's sugar region.
