The chosen experience will take place in the Arrábida Natural Park. Sea experiences will occur in the marine reserve. Options available: Kayaking, Snorkelling, Adventure Circuit, Coasteering, Scuba Diving or Via Ferrata.
Lunchtime at the snack bar on Creiro beach. Vegan options are available.

Option 2: Chillout at Praia do Creiro lounge, including beach hut and sun loungers (prior reservation required), and enjoy a litre of sangria or an equivalent-value alternative
A boat trip along the beautiful bays in Arrábida Natural Park and the Sado estuary is included in the transfer by speedboat to Troia's marina.

About Setúbal District
Setúbal District lies across the Tagus from Lisbon, with the cliffs of Arrábida, the dolphins of the Sado estuary, fishing towns and long Atlantic beaches.
