5This was a fun...
This was a fun experience. After our guide (Angel) demonstrated how chocolate is made from cacao, we went into a nice air conditioned room with tables and equipment for making our own. Each participant had their own station with apron and chef hat to use. Angel guided us step by step on the process. We each tasted what we made and Angel packaged our creations so we could take with us. Then, we moved to another table to make chocolate margaritas. Once again, we each had our own equipment and supplies to use while Angel gave us step by step instructions to create a perfect drink. I would highly recommend this tour.
5Fun and yummy!
Adriana was so much fun! She was very informative and helped us have a great experience…. TEQUILA!!!
5Tour and workshop-an amazing experience.
Brilliant experience! Angel was our guide and we learned so much from him about chocolate making in Mexico. I would really recommend the chocolate and margarita workshop as it was such fun. There is a lovely shop with lots of different things made with chocolate but it was really nice that they were not 'pushy' there at all.
5Excellent Tour!
My wife and I visited the Mayan Cacao. What a pleasure it was to learn about and create chocolate. Angel was our guide and was super informative and pleasant. 10/10 experience.
5Great experience.
We really enjoyed this. Paty our guide was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We learned about the history of chocolate and got to make our own chocolate from the cacao beans. Then we made our own delicious chocolate margaritas.
5Wonderful experience!

About Cozumel
Cozumel is a flat, reef-ringed island off Mexico's Yucatán coast, famed for diving, Maya ruins and calm turquoise water on its sheltered west side.
Cozumel lies about twenty kilometres off the Yucatán coast, a short ferry ride from Playa del Carmen. The main town, San Miguel, faces the mainland with a waterfront promenade, a plaza and small museums, while most of the island is flat jungle and quiet coast. The western side, where the sea is calm, holds the beach clubs and snorkelling spots, and the wild windward east coast has rough surf and empty sand.
Top-ranked sights in Cozumel: Akumal, Chankanaab Adventure Beach Park, Playa El Cielo.
