Take a short walk through the village and visit Saint-Sindulphe Church, the former abbey church where Dom Pierre Pérignon is buried. Learn about the Benedictine monk's work at Hautvillers Abbey and his contribution to the development and improvement of Champagne winemaking. Duration: approximately 30–45 minutes
