If you haven't tried floating before, it's really something you should do. The feeling of mending with ice-cold water at the same time as staying warm and afloat provides a soothing contrast of elements. It's relaxing, meditative, quiet, and really fun at the same time. About Tromsø
Tromsø is a Norwegian city well inside the Arctic Circle, on an island among fjords and peaks, known for the northern lights and the midnight sun.
Tromsø stands on an island in northern Norway, linked to the mainland by a bridge and a tunnel, with jagged peaks rising across the sound. Founded in the eighteenth century, it grew as a base for Arctic hunters and explorers, and the Polar Museum recalls expeditions that set out from the harbour. The Arctic Cathedral, with its angled glass front, stands across the bridge, and wooden houses fill the old centre.
