The Zitelle aperitif consists of a glass of Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG Le Zitelle and a platter with local cured meats and cheeses combined in a different way based on the availability of the products, the season and the imagination of the moment! During the tasting we will tell you about Valdobbiadene DOCG: its history, production techniques, its characteristics and the perfect combinations of the various types. About Padua
Padua is a university city in the Veneto, home to Giotto's frescoed Scrovegni Chapel, a pilgrimage basilica to Saint Anthony and a huge oval square.
