A native Hawaiian tradition to create presence and peace in our mind body and spirit. We will then walk to the nearby beach. Breathing exercises and coffee scrubbing our body to awaken and connect to ourselves. Finishing with a dip in the ocean to clean off the scrub and feel activated to enjoy the rest of your day.

About Maui
Maui is the Hawaiian island of golden beaches, the Haleakalā volcano and the winding Road to Hana, with humpback whales offshore in winter.
Maui is the second-largest Hawaiian island, formed by two volcanic mountains joined by a low isthmus. Haleakalā, a vast dormant volcano rising over 3,000 metres, has a crater of coloured cinder and is famed for its sunrises and starry skies. The beaches of Kāʻanapali and Kapalua on the west face the sunset, and Wailea and Makena on the south coast have calm golden bays.
