Admire palaces formerly owned by Roman nobility, such as the High Renaissance edifice of Palazzo Farnese. Discover Rome's only Gothic church at Santa Maria sopra Minerva.
The Pantheon is a peculiar church built on the site of an earlier temple commissioned by Marcus Agrippa during the reign of Augustus. Its dome dome is still the world's largest unreinforced concrete dome, so it is really worth visiting.

About Rom
Top-ranked sights in Rom: Colosseum, Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel.
