Fun Pasta Making Class With a Local Chef in Orlando

Fresh pasta night hits differently when the pasta is actually handmade by you. In this interactive cooking class with Chef Ny, hosted at a stylish local venue in Orlando, you’ll learn how to make authentic fettuccine from scratch while enjoying a cozy, social and beginner-friendly culinary experience. The class starts with crafting pasta dough using flour, olive oil, eggs and sea salt before learning proper kneading and shaping techniques for smooth, tender fettuccine. While the pasta cooks, Chef Ny will guide you through building a flavorful marinara sauce with tomatoes, garlic, basil, red pepper and Parmesan that smells straight out of a classic Italian kitchen. Every step is designed to feel approachable and fun, whether you cook regularly or consider boiling water a major accomplishment. By the end of class, you’ll plate a comforting homemade pasta dish and leave with practical techniques that make recreating fresh Italian dinners at home surprisingly doable.
