The day will start with your pick up at the hotel or wherever you are housing. A pleasant drive tour along the famous Queen of the Roads “Ancient Appian way”, a stop at Roman Aqueducts and a few more spots, it will procede the arrival at the casale where the chef is waiting for you in a wonderful park of over two acres on the way to the Hills of Castelli Romani.
