Upper Dolpo Trek The Upper Dolpo Trek is a remote and strenuous trek in northwest Nepal that takes trekkers through the rugged and remote regions of Dolpo and Shey-Phoksundo National Park. The trek is considered one of the most challenging treks in Nepal and typically takes around 20-25 days to complete. The trek starts in Juphal and takes trekkers through remote villages, past crystal clear lakes and over high passes, providing spectacular views of the surrounding mountains.
