Terms

Using this site

This site helps you compare tickets, tours and hop-on hop-off buses in the cities it covers. Everything listed comes from a catalogue supplied to us by our booking partner and the independent operators who run each experience. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not, please do not use it.

Prices shown on our pages are for comparison. A price in a currency other than the one an experience is sold in is a conversion at a recent rate, and the exact amount is the one shown on the partner's site when you book. Choosing a date, a party or a ticket type here helps you compare; it does not reserve anything.

Third-party services and liability

We are not a tour operator, a ticket seller or a travel agent. Every experience listed on this site is sold and fulfilled by an independent operator, and bookings are taken through a third-party booking partner on the partner's own site.

We are not the seller and we are not a party to your booking. We do not take reservations, process payments, hold funds, issue tickets or confirmations, or provide the experience itself. Availability, prices, inclusions, meeting points, schedules and refunds are set and controlled by the operator and the booking partner, not by us.

Every booking is governed by the terms and conditions of the operator and of the booking partner, including their cancellation, refund and privacy terms. Read them before you book; they apply to your booking whether or not you arrived through this site.

We are not responsible or liable for the experience, for its cancellation, alteration or non-performance, for anything that happens during it, or for any act or omission of an operator or of the booking partner. Information here is reproduced from the catalogue supplied to us and may be out of date or incomplete; the details shown on the partner's site at the moment of booking are the ones that govern.

We are not affiliated with any attraction, museum or operator listed on this site, and nothing here should be read as implying that we are.

Content

Photographs, descriptions, prices and reviews belong to the operators and travellers who created them and reach this site through our booking partner's catalogue. The site's own text, layout and code are ours. You may use the site to find and compare experiences; you may not copy, scrape, republish or redistribute its content, or use automated tools to access it beyond what our robots.txt permits.

We try to keep the catalogue current and refresh it regularly, but we do not guarantee that anything on the site is accurate, complete or available. Where our pages and the partner's site disagree, the partner's site is right.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice, and we may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
