Upper Dolpo Trek The Upper Dolpo Trek is a remote and strenuous trek in northwest Nepal that takes trekkers through the rugged and remote regions of Dolpo and Shey-Phoksundo National Park. The trek is considered one of the most challenging treks in Nepal and typically takes around 20-25 days to complete. The trek is also considered remote and less-trodden, so the trail may not be well-maintained.
