Highlights
Kuči is a name for the area and tribe, one of the mountain tribes that formed the state of Montenegro in the 19th century. In the past, the inhabitants of these areas were mainly devoted to cattle breeding and lived semi-nomads way of life, so it is very interesting to visit this region and hear about the customs and history of this mountain tribe. The vineyards and wine cellar of the Rajković family are only 4 km from the old fortress Medun in the village Ubli in Kuči. This family for centuries has been devoted in the cultivation of grapes and the production of top quality brandy and wines. The ecological environment, the specificity of the microclimate at 400 m above sea level (on the line between the Mediterranean and the continental climate) and the multi-century tradition of growing grapes give their black wine a good position on the wine map of Montenegro.

Transfer to Kuči. Coming to the Viewpoint. Photo break. Visit Novak Milošev’s monument. Old Town Medun – Meteon sightseeing. Visit to the ‘’Marko Miljanov’’ museum. Wine degustation and snack in the winery ‘’Rajković’’, village Ubli. Transfer to the river Cijevna and Niagara falls. Lunch at the restaurant (optional). Return. The end of the tour. Note: The tour lasts around 4 hours + time for transfer depending on the city of your accommodation.

About Kotor
Kotor is a walled medieval town at the head of a winding bay in Montenegro, with mountain walls, Venetian palaces and a fortress high above.
Kotor lies at the end of the Bay of Kotor, a deep, winding inlet often described as a fjord, though it is really a drowned river canyon, with steep mountains rising directly from the water. The old town, a UNESCO site, is enclosed by Venetian-era walls and entered by the Sea Gate, and inside are small squares, a clock tower and the Romanesque cathedral of St Tryphon, consecrated in 1166.
