I will teach you recipes that you can easily repeat at home. We will cook in a traditional smoke kitchen, with utensils that have been used for generations in my family, you will discover our traditions and I will give you advice that will help you better understand and taste the dishes of Oaxacan cuisine. When we prepare the mole, I will teach you how to select the best ingredients that have given Oaxacan mole worldwide fame and recognition. Please let me know in advance if you have dietary restrictions so I can adjust the menu so you can fully enjoy the experience.

We will meet in front of the IAGO (Institute of Graphic Arts of Oaxaca) which is opposite the Church of Santo Domingo. There someone from our team will come by to transfer you to our kitchen located 15 minutes away.
