At the end of the class, sit down to savor your culinary creations alongside a glass of wine, and impress your friends with your newfound skills at home. Your cooking class begins with a warm welcome, introduction and chat with your fellow budding chefs. You will work in small groups of about two on a table of four as your Chef guides you step by step. In this class you will learn the tricks and tips to making the perfect pasta and delicious sauces. On top of that, you will also have the opportunity to learn an Italian sweet dish – the fabulously light and refreshing panna cotta, a versatile, delicious Italian dessert.

About Brisbane

Brisbane is Queensland's riverside capital, a sunny subtropical city of parklands, galleries, a koala sanctuary and ferries on a looping river.

Brisbane winds along the bends of its river, with the centre on a peninsula and suburbs climbing the hills on either side. It began as a convict settlement in the 1820s, and the Old Windmill on Wickham Terrace and the Commissariat Store survive from that time.
