1. The Plaza Río de Janeiro is located in the Roma neighborhood and was created in 1903 as part of the beautification project of Mexico City during the government of Porfirio Diaz. In the center it has a fountain with an impressive replica of the David sculpture, by Michelangelo, made of bronze and was placed there in 1976.
