First, you’ll prepare sushi rice with kombu and learn how texture and seasoning make or break a roll. Then you’ll layer nori, rice, sushi-grade tuna, Japanese mayo and sriracha before mastering the rolling technique for spicy tuna rolls. You’ll also sharpen your knife skills while slicing cucumber and avocado for colorful vegetable rolls. Everything is hands-on and beginner-friendly, with plenty of room to ask questions, laugh at imperfect rolls and enjoy the process.
