51st class service and experience Percy tours
I was a complete last minute traveller and I contacted percy tours who were UNBELIEVABLY helpful in everyway quick, clear contact, super easy booking with zero hassle. The boat trips (we did 2) were both breathtaking!! we saw a LOT of whales and dolphins on the trips. Percy tours was great in advising us how the get the best trips for the times we arrived and departed. Highly recommend and super greatful for not only booking the trips for us but the extra advice and support around the location and how best to get around. Truly experience of a lifetime thank you Percy Tours!!! 😊
5Highly recommended!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience! From Cape Town to Hermanus, Knysna, Plettenberg Bay, Storms River and all the way to Port Elizabeth, every day brought something special. Great care of our family needs and the whole journey so easy, enjoyable and memorable. We saw incredible places, whales, animals, birds, breathtaking scenery, enjoyed amazing food and wine, learned so much along the way with Percy. We couldn’t have wished for a warmer and more thoughtful guide. Thank you for being such an important part of our South African adventure! ❤️🇿🇦 Highly recommended!
5Whales in Hermanus
We had a wonderful experience saw a lot of whales we were lucky on that front. Percy was super enthusiastic and a pleasure to have him as a guide.
5a day to remember.
Percy really made our days, we book the tours for 28th June 2026, but the weather forecast for the day is bad, so we Percy contact us, and push the schedule for 27th June, and the result is amazing.. because 28th and 29th weather is bad, and no tour operators will be available to do the Whale Watching. we saw mama whale and a baby whale, we saw baby whale learn to jump. we saw a brindle baby whale, what a beautiful day to do a whale watching. we have a wonderful journey, wonderful guide from percy, we can make it for the Whale watch in Hermanus.. thanks a bunch Percy, Love from our Family Tan Jimmi

What an amazing experience from our pickup, from our accommodation to our drop off. Highly professional and friendly, made you feel comfortable throughout our commute. The staff at the whale watching again very professional and knowledgeable. Had an amazing experience managed to see 5 whales during our outing. Would highly recommend.
5Whale Watching (Land Based) Wonderful Experience.
While in Hermanus, my husband and I did 2 tours (Whale Watching Walking Tours (Land Based) with Dave De Beer. Our tours were so informative and amazing - we loved it. Dave has so much knowledge about whales and Hermanus and his passion for whales is well demonstrated when doing tours with his clients. Nikki, his wife and assistant, was also very excellent in our bookings and other information. We both highly doing a tour with Dave as you will not be disappointed. Highly Recommend.

About Hermanus
Hermanus is a seaside town on Walker Bay in South Africa's Western Cape, one of the world's best places to watch southern right whales from the shore.
Hermanus is a coastal town on Walker Bay, about a hundred and twenty kilometres by road south-east of Cape Town, on a curving shore backed by mountains. It began as a fishing village in the nineteenth century, and its old harbour is now a museum. A clifftop path of about twelve kilometres follows the shoreline, and from it southern right whales can be seen close inshore, with a Whale Crier blowing a kelp horn to announce them.
Top-ranked sights in Hermanus: Benguela Cove, Hermanus Cliff Path, Fernkloof Nature Reserve.
