Photo-stop at Vokhchaberd village near Charents arch. In good weather, it offers an incredible view of Mount Ararat.
Visiting of pagan temple Garni. It is the only Hellenistic colonnaded building in Armenia. It was built by king Tiridates I in the second half of the 2nd century AD (77 AD) as a temple to the god of sun Mithra (known as Mihr in Armenian). Later on it was converted into a royal summer house of Armenian kings. In the territory of the temple one can find ruins of the fortress, a royal summer palace and a bath complex, which was built in the 3rd century AD. It also offers a magnificent view of the river Azat and Garni Gorge.
A small hike to the Garni Gorge, where we can discover the natural wonder – "Symphony of the Stones" basalt column formations along the cliff side. The natural symmetry fascinates and attracts the eye. Օptionally you can order an SUV to go down to the gorge.
Visiting Geghard medieval monastery. The name Geghard or more fully Geghardavank, meaning “the Monastery of the Spear”, originates from the spear which had wounded Jesus, brought to Armenia and now is displayed in the Echmiadzin treasury. Monastery is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is one of the most popular places in Armenia. By the way, right at the entrance local women sell candies, home-made food and Geghard gata – everyone should try it.

About Yerevan
Yerevan is Armenia's pink-stoned capital, a city of wide squares, café terraces and museums, with Mount Ararat standing on its southern skyline.
The city grew around Erebuni, a fortress founded in 782 BC, though most of today's centre was built in the Soviet era from the soft pink and orange tuff that earned Yerevan its nickname, the Pink City. Republic Square is the hub, framed by government buildings and museums. The Cascade, a giant stairway of terraces and sculpture, climbs a hillside, and the Matenadaran holds a famous collection of medieval manuscripts.
Top-ranked sights in Yerevan: Republic Square, Tsaghkadzor Ropeway, Matenadaran (Mesrop Mashtots Institute of Ancient Manuscripts).
