Bright straw yellow in colour, with hints of orange blossom, golden apple and peach, with slight mineral hints. The taste is dry, savoury and fresh. Re Federico: hints of red fruits, flowers and vanilla. The taste is soft, balanced and harmonious, expressing good structure and pleasant envelopment. Damarete Rosato: dense yet flowing, wild yet elegant, consistent yet refined. Baronessa di Canseria: scents of green pepper with notes of morello cherry, cinchona root and leather. About Syracuse
