5Perfect Sicilian Cooking experience
Fantastic experience. Learnt a great deal about the chef and his background. All the team were family. Learned a lot about local ingredients and their source. The day was so well organised and we were treated so well. The best bit was sampling the food we prepared afterwards with a sea view. Spectacular tastes. Plus the recipes sent on WhatsApp after. Highly recommended.

Fabulous, fun experience. Loved learning how to make different pasta shapes helped by mamma! Food was delicious, especially the swordfish rolls. Highly recommended.

About Taormina
Taormina is a hilltop town on Sicily's east coast, with an ancient Greek theatre facing Mount Etna, a main street of palazzi and sea views over the Ionian.
Taormina clings to the slopes of Monte Tauro, about 200 metres above the Ionian Sea, with Mount Etna smoking to the south-west. Its ancient theatre, begun by the Greeks in the 3rd century BC and later rebuilt by the Romans, still hosts concerts and performances, and from the upper rows Etna and the coast fill the view. The main street, Corso Umberto, runs between two town gates, past churches, palazzi and small shops, to Piazza IX Aprile, a terrace over the sea.
