Other highlights are the many churches in typical Cycldic architecture, especially the church of Ai-Stratis and the Monastery of St. Nikolas, as well as Skaros Rock which features the remains of a medieval fortress.

5. Megalochori - Traditional Village Megalochori is a picturesque, lively village with friendly, lively inhabitants.
