Afterwards, head to Herdade da Cartuxa or Esporão for wine tasting. (We recommend visiting and tasting the Herdade da Cartuxa to visit and taste wines and olive oil and lunch is phenomenal). Note . If you want, you can take a hot air balloon ride with a balloon company in Évora. If you intend to take the Balao ride, you must let us know in advance so that we can coordinate with the balloon company.
