This is an interactive demonstration: seafood from A to Z: preparing and filleting fish, a secret of fish soup, preparing mussels (in season only!), seafood pasta, raw fish dishes and Seabream by Irena Fonda recipe. You will learn, discover and taste an authentic Mediterranean cuisine.

About Koper

Koper, on Slovenia's short Adriatic coast, is a port town with a Venetian-style old centre, close to salt pans, Istrian hills and Trieste.

Koper stands on Slovenia's small stretch of the Adriatic, on the northern side of the Istrian peninsula, as a working port with a compact old town. For centuries it was a Venetian possession called Capodistria, and its main square, Tito Square, is framed by the Praetorian Palace, the loggia and the cathedral, whose tower can be climbed for a view of the bay. The cathedral holds a painting by Carpaccio.
