1. The cultivation and production of wine in Ibiza dates to the 7th century BC, to the Carthaginians who settled on the island. After a long family tradition of exclusively producing wine at home, the production of quality wines with designation of origin began. Today, the island has nationally and internationally recognised wineries. On our traditional wine tour, we will visit two of these wineries to get to know the different wines due to their location.

About Ibiza

Ibiza Town's old quarter, Dalt Vila, climbs inside a ring of Renaissance walls and is listed by UNESCO, with a hilltop cathedral and lanes of whitewashed houses. The harbour below holds the fishermen's quarter of Sa Penya and the marina. Founded by Phoenician settlers, the island has long been a stopover for sailors, and the hippy colony of the 1960s still shapes its market and craft culture.
