Phoenix Fun Dumpling Making Class at a Local Brewery

Dumplings taste even better when you’ve made every little fold yourself. At a casual Phoenix local venue, you’ll follow step-by-step guidance to prepare homemade Asian dumplings from scratch, starting with the filling and dough before moving into the fun part: folding, pleating and sealing each dumpling by hand. You’ll learn how to handle wrappers without tearing them, portion filling properly and cook your dumplings for delicious texture and flavor. Then comes the best part — sitting back and enjoying the meal you created. The pace is friendly and beginner-focused, so imperfect pleats are completely welcome. Bring your appetite, your curiosity and maybe a little competitive energy; store-bought dumplings are officially on notice.
